Do you offer local pick up for your stationery products?
Yes! Once your order is received and completed, you will receive an email to arrange a pick up time. The email will also provide the address for our pick up location. Our stationery shop pick up location is based in the Fraser Heights area of Surrey, BC, Canada.
How will my order be shipped?
Once your order is received, it will be packaged and shipped within 2-4 business days. We ship all orders via Canada Post with two options: Oversized Lettermail and Canada Post Expedited Parcel w/ Tracking. If your order does not meet the weight requirements for Oversized Lettermail, you will automatically be directed to the Canada Post Expedited Parcel w/ Tracking option.

What if my order is considered International?
We do offer international shipping! However, V SHOP is not responsible for any custom fees or duties incurred on international shipments.
How do I track my order?
Your order will only be able to be tracked if you select the shipping option that includes tracking. If that is the case, you will receive a shipping confirmation once your order is complete with the tracking number included.
What if I need to return my order?
You can find all of the necessary information for a return on our returns page.
Where can I find your paper products in stores?
You can find our stationery, greeting cards, planners, calendars or other paper products in the stores listed on our stockists page.

Why can't I find the product I want in a retail store that carries your stationery products?
Our stockists are not obligated to carry our entire stationery line. They tend to carry products that best suit their clientele. If you want to see one of our paper products in their store that they do not currently carry, let them know! They love to hear feedback from their customers. If they decide not to bring it in, you can always shop online with V SHOP!

Do you do custom design work?
Yes, we do! If you have a custom design order request, please send us an inquiry on our contact page.
What are your design rates?
Our design rate package is available to anyone who inquires. Please head to our contact page and send us an inquiry about what you are looking for. We will get back to you within 24 hours Monday-Friday and send you our graphic design rate package, or a custom quote!

Do you do web design?
We design websites through the Squarespace platform. Victoria specializes in the aesthetics, design, and functionality of the site. She designed this current website, and has many other web design projects to share here. She does not specialize in custom coding or SEO. She does, however, have companies she can refer you to! Do you charge sales tax?
Yes. We are required to charge sales tax for all orders within Canada. Any USA / International orders are tax exempt. Canadian orders will be charged a 5% sales tax rate, with an additional 7% sales tax rate for orders within BC.

Why is my card being declined when I try to place an order?
This can happen when the billing address/postal code you are using does not match the billing address tied to your card. Please double check that the billing address is correct and try again. If you still experience difficulties, please contact your bank regarding the matter.
Is my personal information protected when I shop on your site?
If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is protected by SSL to keep your credit card data safe and secure. On checkout pages, we’re Level 1 PCI compliant and use 128 bit SSL encryption. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.
How do I apply a promo code?
Promo codes are applied during checkout. Under your order summary on the right-hand side, there is a space to enter the 'Discount Code' and hit the 'Apply' button.
Why doesn't my promo code work?
There are a few reasons why your promo code may not work:
The spelling may be incorrect. Please make sure to double check your spelling!
The promo code might have passed the expiration date.
Some of our promo codes are limit one per customer. If you have already used the promo code once, unfortunately you cannot use the same code again.
